Joburg Art Gallery renovation drama paints a murky picture

The shoulders of scores of municipal workers hired by the City of Johannesburg to clean up its art gallery visibly dropped as they were turned away from the gates on Monday morning. Phemelo speaks to DA Shadow MMC for Community Development, Lyrics Mazibuko and Chairman of the Johannesburg Heritage Foundation, David Fleminger.
