This is quite an elusive and subjective question, but one that should be asked.
We should all do a regular health assessment to check and see if we are on
track.
This can be done in the traditional way by seeing your doctor for some blood
tests, which is a good start, but blood tests don’t always pick up the subtle
changes and early warning signs. Alternatively, it can be done through less
conventional testing methods.
