We have been getting tons of questions about Comrades race day itself and in particular what you can expect as far as the Comrades Route goes.

Over the next three editions of the Ask Coach Parry Podcast we are going to look at what you can expect at the start of the Comrades Marathon in Pietermaritzburg, the first half of the race up until Drummond and then the second half of the race from Drummond to the finish.
