One of the more common questions we keep getting is about LCHF snacks for long runs and races like the Comrades Marathon in particular. Many runners are concerned about the convenience factor of having high carb/high sugar drinks and snacks along the route as opposed to LCHF snacks and drinks. Brad Brown asked Professor Tim Noakes if he could talk us through us a few strategies with regards to fuelling for running marathons, as well as a couple of ideas for easy LCHF snacks.
