Cele lashes out: 'Police you are not fashion designers'

Police Minister, Bheki Cele, has lashed out at police officers who ask women why they were dressing in a certain way when victims report rape.

Cele was speaking at the funeral of University of Cape Town (UCT) student, Uyinene Mrwetwyana, held in the Eastern Cape on Saturday morning.
