Becky, Caster and Carol are a formidable trio. The three of them are committed to empowering young girls and familiarising them with the idea that sport-related jobs are not only for men. Becky discusses the importance of staying in your lane, not taking no for an answer, and how she navigates managing high-profile brands as well as her own.
