IFP leader says Mthembu was a loyal cadre of the party
IFP president Velenkosini Hlabisa says Mthembu's passing has left a void in the party. He described the former councilor as loyal and urged other councilors in the Umkhanyakude district to complete the house where Mthembu was injured.
