Halal Centre of Excellence South Africa launches halal officer compliance program

The need to bridge the gap between the local halal authorities, the halal industry and consumers was under the spotlight in a virtual programme hosted by the Halal Centre of Excellence South Africa (HCOE SA). The event also marked the first year since the centre’s establishment. To unpack some of the main discussion points, is Shaykh Ziyaat Isaacs.
