Just this weekend, at least 11 people were shot and three killed in Hanover Park - which has been described as an active war zone. Meanwhile, the City of Cape Town has been making headlines for alleged infighting for positions within the metro. It's left many asking whether the City is focusing on eradicating violence or simply more concerned about politicking, which ultimately impacts on service delivery
