Study shows a cup of warm Rooibos tea can cool you down

With temperatures reaching an all time high, South Africans are at risk of heat exhaustion or even heat stroke, with babies, children and the elderly the most sensitive to the heat. Now appropriate hydration is vital to avoid heat related ailments and illnesses but before you reach for some cold water straight from the fridge, experts say a warm cup of rooibos tea might be a better alternative.
