Not too long after the New Heights Umrah debacle and another group of mu'tamireen have been left stranded. A group of Cape Town travellers through the Madrassa Tul Uloom made a block booking for 30 people to go on a month-long Umrah trip between 25 Dec 2019 - 14 Jan 2020, to visit the three holy sites in Aqsa, Madina and Turkey. Their trip did not materialise and they have accused the operator Imam Fasieg Adams of defrauding them. Tauhierah Salie has this story….
