More clients of New Heights Travel break their silence

So, following our interview with Fazila Malek from New Heights travel the other day, more aggrieved clients have come forward to speak about this entire saga. As you recall, there are scores of mutamireen waiting for refunds for umrah trips that did not happen in September, due to administrative issues in the Kingdom. Up until now, most clients had been quite because of a lawyer’s letter in which they warned not to go on social media to slander the name of the operator, but after Fazila missed her deadline to refund the mutamireen, their patience has run out.
