Khoisan Defiance Campaign awaits NPA on Eben Etzebeth racial slur case

The four individuals laying charges of hate speech against Springbok player Eben Etzebeth are seeking over R1 million in damages. The complaint was filed by the South African Human Rights Commission on behalf of the four individuals. The incident allegedly took place outside a restaurant in Langebaan on the 25th August where claim Etzebeth hurled racial abuse at them outside the restaurant. Many on social media are questioning why the individuals want R1 million in compensation.
