Impact of child witnesses on court cases

We continue the focus on child witnesses who might need to testify in court such as the 7 year old Dros rape victims who took the stand as a witness in the case against Nicholas Ninow who pleaded guilty. Now the rights group ‘’Not in My Name ‘’ has opposed the move by National Prosecuting Authority which bring to light the question around the impact child witnesses have on criminal cases and also whether they are adequately supported by the justice department.
