Alleged suspects arrested for murder of Ameerodien Noordien denied bail

Yesterday the two alleged suspects including a 17-year-old minor arrested for the murder of Ameerodien Noordien, was denied bail. The public was not allowed entry into the court including a group of approximately 30 residents from Hanover Park who had gathered outside the Athlone Magistrate court to picket for NO BAIL.
The matter has been postponed to the 15 November while the two alleged suspects remain in police custody.
