Feedback on Housing Tribunal and petition against Communicare

Yesterday residents from Ruiterwacht met with the Rental Housing Tribunal who provided them with feedback complaints lodged against Communicare. This includes issues related to rental cost, security concerns and alleged illegal and intimidating correspondence received from communicare Attorneys.
The tenants also launched a petition against communicare which they will hand over to the City of Cape Town; National and Provincial Legislatures
