Jeanne-Ann lost her business that she ran for 17 years just over a year ago. During the past year Jeanne-Ann has been looking for work and trying to hold her life together by doing odd jobs but bad luck has held her back. Her car was stolen and there was an attempted break in to her home. She is now reliant on friends to help pay for her pre-paid electricity, put air time and data on her phone so she can job search and buy her groceries.

Her main needs are:
- Pre-Paid Electricity
- Data and Air Time
- Groceries
- Her garden needs a good clean up as the grass and bushes are so over grown that drains are becoming blocked and it is making the security around her house poor giving criminals many places to hide.

Hot Cares will donate groceries to the value of R2000, Data R1 000, Prepaid electricity R1000 and a gardener for 2 days to clear out her overgrown garden and reduce any security risks.
