No army deployed to Western Cape says Police Minister, Bheki Cele

Residents of Mitchells Plain and surrounding areas including various stakeholder from the community gathered in Mitchells Plain for a Ministerial work session on #GangViolence.
The Minister of Police Bheki Cele addressed the community present at the event to engage in possible solutions to address the gang violence afflicting the Cape Flats.

Earlier this month the Minister announced that the army would not be deployed to the Western Cape
