Hajj comes with all its challenges. And the ultimate test is the gruelling physical journey. Under extreme heat conditions, even for the most active of people, it’s is very tough. Now imagine for the elderly and those with chronic conditions. The South African medical team on hajj certainly had their work cut out for them.
