Bahle Nhlapho is joined by Pastor Mandla Tshabalala, a pastor and music minister, who shares about his life journey and ministry. He is the pastor of Zion House Of Grace Ministries, born into the family of the late Bishop William and Prophetess Doreen Tshabalala of Believers In Christ, and grew up in that church environment in the Vosloorus area, Gauteng. Early church life and music. Mandla grew up in church, was immersed in the Zionist/revival tradition, and became involved in ministry from a young age. He later started a choir, and one of the songs the choir released, “Bamba Mzalwane”, became a gospel hit, helping to raise his profile as both a worship leader and an international gospel artist. Ministry and identity: He is the founder and pastor of House of Grace Ministries (Zion House Of Grace Ministries) and describes himself as a spirit‑filled preacher, teacher, and gospel minister. In his own words and testimonies shared publicly, he portrays his calling as being raised in the “Zion” tradition but now preaching Christ through both word and song, with a heart for salvation, healing, and discipleship.
