Life skills are not just about learning to clean, cook or iron your clothes - but it’s about overall personal development and communication skills to better cope with the challenges of life. The WHO defines Life Skills as “abilities for adaptive and positive behaviour that enable individuals to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of everyday life”. Let’s discuss whether or not there’s room in our education system for life skills education.
