We often get told that faith means keeping it together, smiling through the storm, and offering up polite, neatly wrapped prayers. But the prophet Habakkuk shatters that mould. Today, we are talking about the raw, unfiltered permission we have to be brutally honest with God when life feels completely unfair.

Medical science is finally catching up to what the Bible revealed thousands of years ago: we are whole beings. What affects your mind instantly affects your body. Proverbs 17:22 reminds us that "a merry heart does good, like medicine."
