Barloworld pays dividend despite earnings drop

UK pension fund derisked and defined benefit pension fund liability removed from balance sheet.
ROIC above hurdle rate at 15.7%
Final dividend of 310 cents per share, total dividend of 520 per share, 4% higher than prior year.
