Midian started break dancing at the age of 21 and has become a formidable force in the breaking community. She has 9 championship titles and is recognised as one of the top 40 breaking dancing women in the world. On the show, Lauren and Midian discuss breaking, and how its entry into the Olympics is quite phenomenal. Midian is also deeply committed to her faith and will be discussing her unique approach to break dancing and how she intentionally choreographs her moves to push the boundaries and rise to the top.
