1. Ankle exercises as we did yesterday.
2. Bend and stretch right leg with ankle exercise as we did yesterday.
Leg Roll to sitting position.
3. Seated with Right leg across the left leg: Ankle Rotations.
4. Standing with feet apart and legs turned out as much as you are comfortable.
