Exercises:
1. Breathing with Arm Circles
2. Bend knees and straighten knees, Rise and lower.
3. Feet together.
Step right foot to the right,
Close left to right foot,
Step to the right, tap left foot to right foot,
Step forward on left foot and then tap right foot to left then step back on right foot and tap left foot to right foot. So you end with no weight on left foot, ready to start the pattern again but with the with left foot.
Step together step tap forward tap back tap ending with right foot ready to begin the pattern again.
