This week we are focusing on Hip and knee movements.
The focus is to ensure that you achieve FULL RANGE OF MOVEMENT without moving the Ribcage and pelvis.
If you use these parts of the body in the following exercises and will using compensating muscles and the hips and knees will only end up getting stiff.
Position: lying on you back with knees bent and feet hip distance apart.
Exercise 1: Leg Slides
Exercise 2: leg slides to knee lift
Exercise 3: Knee opening and closing in hip joint.
Position: Seated
Ex: 4: Feet and knees together: open right knee and foot and close back to start position.
Repeat left leg.
Ex:5: Slide right leg forward and then return to start position.
