Tracy is an alumni from the University of Johannesburg (UJ) and is a young, dynamic and influential sports administrator, currently employed at the Lions Rugby Company.
She holds a Masters in the field of Sports Management, is responsible for the contracting of professional rugby players to the Johannesburg franchise as well as overseeing all company and team operations. Tracy was the first woman in professional rugby to manage an international senior team (two seasons) when she accompanied the Emirates Lions on their inaugural Vodacom United Rugby Championship tour to Europe and the UK in 2021/2.
