The Department of Correctional Services (DCS) is set to take disciplinary action against a female warder who was caught on video having sexual relations with an inmate at a prison in KwaZulu-Natal. The explicit video that has gone viral across social media shows the pair passionately kissing in what looks like an office inside the prison before they get into the act.
