Dealing with New Year Anxiety

January can be a great month for many different reasons, it is a month that gives us an opportunity to fulfil our New Year’s resolutions and to begin working on our dreams and aspirations. For many of us 2020 was an exceptionally stressful year dominated by fears surrounding Covid 19 pandemic, with all the restrictions still in effect in this new year of 2021 many of us are living with anxiety due to uncertainties ahead of the year 2021.
