"I dont see why people fat shame, why project your own insecurities onto someone else" KZN Listener

On Wednesday, a KZN listener has wrote into Stacey and JSbu to share her story of fat shaming that she says has been going on since she was old enough to string a sentence together.

Samantha's mother used to monitor and comment on everything that she used to eat. It got so bad for Samantha that she only used to eat chicken and salad when she was at home. Her mother even mentioned to her that she would never get a man if she continues being this weight that time she is only a size 32 but even if she was bigger she really put way to much pressure for which lead to Samantha having so many insecurities because of her mother.

We then asked KZN for help to assist us with Samantha's problem. What should she do with all this body that she continuously receives from her mother.
