This episode looks at historical and contemporary issues arising from a work force that is increasingly working remotely either due to shifts in technology or the COVID-19 imposed lockdowns. We begin by examiing the history of working from home, what we call “home-based work”, the shift to factory-based work and the full circle return to home-based work.
