Being part of a neighborhood has its benefits and disadvantages. It's amazing knowing that there are people around in case of an emergency, but those same people can also be the bane of your existence.

But some neighbours go beyond the expected normal neighbour pettiness. They either are one of the best neighbours you've ever experienced and you end up forming a solid lifetime relationship with them, or they make you wish you had never even met them.
