What feels illegal but isn’t?

We don’t know if KZN can relate to this, but sometimes we become overthinkers and create scenarios in our heads that often do not exist.

Sometimes it's even the things that you know you are allowed to do but when you eventually do them it's just weird. For example, when you call into work sick, even though you are genuinely sick, you feel like you have done the worst crime ever.

That ever-present feeling that you've done something wrong even though you didn't… as if you have committed a crime but you have not. The complete worst!
