Local man relives taxi commuting ordeal #TaxiShutDown

About 15 million South Africans make use of taxis on a daily basis: 70 % of these commuters are commuting to and from their place of work and or school. Transport Minister Fikile Mbalula has condemned the decision by SANTACO to operate taxis at 100 percent full capacity.
