--:--
Expats working in South Africa raise a myriad of complexities related to immigration, labour law and tax which employers and employees will need to understand. Webber Wentzel and IBN Immigration Solutions have partnered together to help provide some clarity on some of the key issues which arise. The podcast is broken into three parts - the first session looks at whether expat workers fall under South African employment law, and various aspects of contracts. In the second session, we unpack common questions around work visas and employment contracts. In our third and final discussion, we look at restructuring employment contracts for expats working in South Africa.

Experts featured in this podcast include: Andreas Krensel - the managing owner of IBN Immigration Solutions (a company that provides specialist immigration services for SA and several other countries); Joon Chong - a partner at Webber Wentzel and tax specialist and Kirsten Eisner, also a partner at Webber Wentzel and an employment law specialist.
