For the remainder of Level 4 of the lockdown, South Africa's courts will prioritise cases involving corruption, sexual offences, gender-based violence and femicide (GBVF), serious violent crimes, robbery, murder and the violation of Covid-19 regulations. This according to Justice and Correctional Services Minister Ronald Lamola, who issued directives for Level 4 operations in terms of the Disaster Management Act on Wednesday.
