ANC wins Joburg Mayoral seat

The ANC have won the Mayoral seat in Gauteng following the resignation of DA Mayor Herman Mashaba. Controversial candidate Geoff Makhubo garnered 137 votes for the ruling ANC to once again be in charge of the city. But what does this mean for the DA given that at least two of its members voted against their candidate?
