In this week's Africa report, we look at the corruption fish scandal that has rocked the Namibian government. Two former ministers were arrested together with six others in an aljazeera undercover investigation. In Zambia, US envoy Daniel Foote has warned of 'decaying” bilateral ties following a 15- year jail sentence slapped on two men for homosexuality.
