In this week's Africa report, we begin with South Sudan's rival leaders who have once again missed a deadline to form a transitional government, raising new concerns for a fragile peace process in the country devastated by civil war. At the International Criminal Court (ICC), former Congolese rebel leader Bosco “Terminator” Ntaganda has been handed a 30 year jail sentence for his role as a military commander in a bloody ethnic conflict in the DRC.
