After 60 matches, only four teams, remain at the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia, and by the end of the week we will have a new champion.
The semi-finals of the global showpiece will start tomorrow evening and it will be between Belgium, Croatia, France or England will have the bragging right for the next four years.
On Friday evening the 1998 champions, France, were simply too strong for Uruguay, who were playing without their star striker, Edinson Cavani, and it was ultimately Les Blues who triumphed 2-0.
Belgium turned in fine first half performance to goal 2-0 up at half time against the five-time champions, Brazil, and they produced a rock solid display in defence in the second stanza to send the Seleção crashing out 2-1.
On Saturday, England, continued their fine run at the finals to earn just their third win over Sweden in their last 11 outings with a 2-0 victory. This lead the English supporters running riot in Samara, however, the Russian police sorted them out quickly.
