Joining Bryan Hirsch this week to discuss organ donors, organ transplants and the economic impact it has on the familiy is Prof Tony Meyers, Chairman of the Kidney Donor Foundation. He was previously the African representative for the executive council of the International Society, and past President of the African Association of Nephrology. Tony was Chief Physician, Professor and Head of the division of Nephrology at Wits, from 1975 up until he retired in 2001.
