Golden Lions v Toyota Free State Cheetahs post-match - Rory Duncan and Torsten van Jaarsveld

The Toyota Cheetahs will enjoy a well-earned rest this weekend after being knocked out of the Currie Cup on Saturday.

While the Currie Cup was important for the Cheetahs, they now focus their attention solely on the Guinness Pro14 which resumes next week.

The Cheetahs will travel to Italy next week Monday for their game against Zebre in Parma, and then it’s over to Ireland to face Connacht in Galway.
The Cheetahs coach, Rory Duncan, says focusing on just one competition will make things a lot easier for them.

The Currie Cup semi-finals will be played on Saturday with Western Province hosting the Golden Lions at 14:30 and the Sharks at home to the Blue Bulls at 17:00.
