When most people go to the pharmacy to collect their medication they are able to talk to the pharmacist and ask questions about medication however this is not the case for a person with a hearing disability. A mobile tool has now been developed for those whose hearing is impaired. To tell us more about the application we have Prof B Tucker (also known as bill) online
