Loading player...
While the search for the young victims of Gert van Rooyen continue, we chat to the sister of the victim who managed to escape and blow the whistle on the paedophile and his partner three decades ago. Gert Van Rooyen and his partner Francina Harhoff are believed to have kidnapped and murdered at least six girls three decades ago.

In early 1990, Van Rooyen shot Harhoff before turning the gun on himself after one of his victims, who had managed to escape, told police she'd been drugged and sexually assaulted over several days by the couple.

We spoke to the sister of the victim that managed to run away, Lizelle du Plessis.
