Englishman lauds SA sheep shearer skills

OFM News' agri editor Sabrina Dean speaks to a former world champion sheep shearer from England, George Mudge, who is visiting South Africa to pick up some tips from local shearers ahead of the World Championships in New Zealand in February next year. Mudge, who is also visiting with the current world Champion hand shearer, Mayenzeke Shweni, from Lady Frere in the Eastern Cape, is full of praise for the calibre of South African sheep shearers.
