Oz wheat sector calls on SA scientists for aphid advice

OFM News’ agri editor Sabrina Dean recently spoke to Dr Vickie Tolmay, a researcher at the Agricultural Research Council’s Small Grain Institute specialising in the Russian Wheat Aphid. She speaks about her research, as well as the appearance of the pest in Australia for the first time this year. Tolmay says she and her team have now been contacted by Australian scientists for information on how best they can deal with the pest:
