OFM News’ agri editor Sabrina Dean speaks to Nick Serfontein after he took the award for Best Improvement Herd during the Agricultural Research Council’s National Beef Awards in Pretoria last week. Serfontein speaks about different elements he believes counted in favour of them taking home the award, including the fact that they have been doing performance testing since 1988.
