Lamb, mutton positioned as wholesome, home grown meat

One of the speakers at last week’s Northern Cape Red Meat Producer’s Organisation (RPO) Congress was Marina Bester of Lamb and Mutton SA. OFM News’ agri editor Sabrina Dean spoke to Bester about the role of the organisation in educating consumers. She says they are focused on spreading the message on the health and environmental benefits of the product so as to empower consumers with their food choices.
