The US announces new sanctions on the International Criminal Court.

The United States is imposing new financial sanctions on the International Criminal Court, escalating its campaign against the body that prosecutes the world's most serious crimes. The announcement comes hours after a former ICC judge, Navi Pillay, was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize. We talk to Amnesty International's Secretary General about the new American sanctions against the ICC.
